Power comes up through the center of the pole and is fed by 3/4" PVC conduit.

Nice install you’ve completed there.
I’ve done over 100 of these boxes using Ubiquiti to transmit the signal(Internet) into the box where I have an NVR. Allowing for remote viewing/playback offsite. If possible the NVR is installed in an office and the Ubiquiti will transmit the cameras video to the NVR where internet service is as well.
I’ve attached a few sets of photos with the NVR and Internet in the box and just PoE / radio in the box.

Those Motorola surfboards are the worst! So glad we don’t use them on the East coast. Not terrible I’ve seen much worse. Door opens and it’s all dangling. A sticky note that says “Sorry”.
