Hi, our ip cam was working (though sometimes losing connection, probably due to erratic 3g signal), but it ran out of pay as you go internet megas, and today we added megas to the sim card, but now I can't get the camera to connect (from my remote location), using the android app that worked fine before (which still has the connection details, name, password, etc) - It just says "camera offline". Any ideas?
