Some cameras not in frame

I have 9 cameras, but the frame only shows two. It used to show all 9 but something changed. In the past I reinstalled the missing cameras to get them all back. All cameras show on the status page and all cameras show just fine in U12and are arranged properly.
What's the magic key sequence to correct this problem.
 
This happened to me after update to 4.5.5.1
The all-camera view is not pinned to the top of the screen, thus bottom row of cameras is hidden. Have not tried latest update yet.

I have no idea what you are talking about... pinned? post an image
