Most reasonable pan and zoom cameras for house?

I have a friend who is looking for a few cameras to mount on the corners of his home that will pan and zoom. I'm looking at the Empiretech line. What would be the least expensive one that would do the job reasonably well? He's trying not to break the bank.

ah, challenges .. so, here's why many of use dropped the idea of a pan and tilt on the corners

1) an outdoor rated pan and tilt camera is significantly larger than a similar fixed camera with the same size lens.

2) Once pan and tilt camera will miss many image captures do to not being in the proper view. 2-3 fixed cameras will typically provide better coverage at often a better price point. ( have to double check prices, its been awhile since I did this )

3) the outdoor rated pan and tilt cameras will require more structural support since the are heavier. This could be an issue, depends on the structure.

Yeah... mine are super huge and heavy, and expensive, which is why he was hoping to find something smaller. This is the one we were looking at, but not familiar with how good they are.
