I've used YT's playback speed function to slow down some people.

You tube uses software to remove all silence between words.
This really speeds up speech and saves them lots of storage.

The guy in the video has a Ford dealership, lots of good info on his feed.
You can disconnect the cell antennas or even remove the cell modem to stop it all.
