I have a 1439 tl1 camera. Sometimes the camera turns off by itself and I have to unplug its cable from the PoE switch and plug it back in until the camera turns on and shows an image. How can I solve this problem

When this happens does the POE switch show that "POWER" is being drawn from it?
If it does, what about the "DATA" LED?

Is this happing in the afternoon and the camera is exposed to direct sunlight?

Are you recording to a SD card in the camera?

Yes, the LED light on the port the camera is connected to turns off and the camera is installed outdoors where there is sunlight and there is no SD card in it

To clarify, when the camera quits working and you go to the switch the LED is OFF?
Then when you unplug it and plug back in a short time later the same LED goes ON and the camera starts working again?

If direct sunlight in the heat of the day the camera may be overheating.

Has this camera been there for a long time, at least several months, working well and it just recently started this behavior?

Yes, when I go to the camera, the light on the switch port that the camera is connected to is off, and when I unplug it and plug it back in, the light turns on, and this happens in the winter too
This camera encountered this problem about three months after installation.

Have you tried another port on the POE switch?

Is it possible to inspect the RJ-45 connection at the camera for corrosion, brought about by moisture and/or high humidity?

I tested with different cables and changed the switch port, but it still didn't work.
Humidity is not high in this area.
