If lifespans suddenly increase by 50 years, I'd guess that the majority of those with the increased years would be retired, on medicare, and pulling social security. Both of those programs are headed for doom now. What will society be like when only 25% or less are productive and the rest are living off of them? Is that where the robots come in?
