YouTube Live Streaming Quality

Hi, I was able to get my youtube stream going through BI but the quality is not very good. It's okay, but definitely needs improvement and I don't know how to set up the settings for the best quality. Can someone give me some suggestions that may have had to do this already? Thank you!
