Wrong screensize in IVMS-4200

Hello

I have a wierd problem in IVMS-4200. No matter what i set cam resolution to the image wont fit inside the grid.
See these screenshots. 1 i 1cam size other is 4grid

Have you checked the scale settings?

Tool > System Configuration > Image > View Scale

Mine is set at Full Screen, and the images completely fill the boxes.

Yes those settings are allready at "Fullscreen". I just installed iVMS on different PC and here it works like it should, so it must be problem on the laptop / laptop settings.

I had the same problem. I downloaded v2.3.1.3 and I saw the same thing. Plus they removed 2 features that were VERY important to me.
I went back to v2.00.11.50 until they fix this AND they bring back my 2 beloved features.

If your operating system is using any kind of DPI scaling, that could be related. DPI scaling is common on some newer laptops and tablets.

Thanks alot. It seems that this DPI scaling was set to 125% on my laptop, i have no idea how this happened. This resulted in the issue with the screensize in iVMS not fitting the grid.
I changed DPI scaling back to 100% and VOILA, everything ok now !!

That worked for me as well. But that leaves the 2 features still missing.
I still have to wait.
