Where do I find "delay between triggers" time?

Camera set with 10 sec pre-trigger, 1.5 sec make and 30 sec break. Works fine. I take my dogs outside (forgetting to change profile), trigger camera and it records until 30 sec after motion stops. A couple of minutes later, I re-enter the zone but the camera does NOT trigger. There must be a setting where the camera doesn't "arm" for a period of time, but I can't find it?

1.5 sec make is kinda long. i run .2 or .3 sec or so on all my cams...

other than that, would need to see your settings to suggest tweaks.
