I am thinking about building a new PC with BI. I notice that the WD Purple drives are recommended. But they are only available in 5400 rpm. Where in the recommendation section for hardware it is recommended that a 7200 rpm drive be used. I noticed that western digital also has a gold drive that is capable of being used 24/7. Which should I use?
