Stopped how?

Completely dead or quit moving?

Did you have it on constant pan/tour?

If installed outside, did you use dielectric grease?

Have you tried a different power source?
 
First the video went down then the motor. I have them upon the second floor outside. After messing with the Annke NVR, I put up a ladder and brought it inside. I checked it with a short patch cord still did not work.
I hardly ever use the PTZ function. Dielectric at the connector? The connection is under the soffit and was dry.
 
We have seen this thousands of times here.

Even under a soffit and never getting wet, condensation in the air will corrode it just enough to stop working.

And many times you can't see the corrosion.

Deoxit does wonders, just ask the OP in this thread from last week...
 
I'll find some cleaning fluid, I worked on printed circuit boards I have an aerosol cleaner. It was a couple years ago that I set this up. I forgot to set up the NVR port, the motor is working, the IR lights come on and if you shine a flashlight in it the image get bright grey
