user and pass ignored in URL for mjpg / snapshot picture

Hi

When I try to access the picture or mjpg images in a web browser and I put the username and password in the URL, they are ignored and the browser still prompts for you to log in.
I've tried Chrome, Edge and IE browser.

MJPG URL:

http://admin:[email protected]/ISAPI/Streaming/channels/102/httpPreview

Snapshot URL:

http://admin:[email protected]:/ISAPI/Streaming/channels/1/picture

Camera is a Hikvision DS-2CD2045FWD-I

WEB Authentication is set to digest / basic.

How to fix this ?
