Upgrade from 5 to 6

I am on the last version of 5 using CPAI. It’s been fine for a long time. I don’t have the energy to upgrade and fight a bunch of configuration issues.

Is it straight forward to upgrade to 6 or does it require hours of trying to figure it out?

I upgraded 3 separate systems and had almost no issues, all the camera configurations worked, just had to reconfigure the BI service to run after the install was done, That being said some people have reported issues, I did not pay attention to what the problems were, in one case I believe the user gave up and went back to V5, so to answer your question it should work with no grief, providing you are not doing anything unusual in CPAI! There have been some feature change/improvements done since I upgraded so hopefully it will go smoothly for you also!
