Unknown Icon on Camera screen in UI3

I noticed an icon on my BI screen that I don't know what it's telling me. It is not there if I go to single camera view. Couldn't seem to find it in any docs that I looked at.

Anyone know what this is or can point me in the right direction for docs would be appreciated.
