unable to get rid of phantom camera

if I try to click on it and delete it the camera next to i gets deleted.

tried compacting data base, going to the camera folder and it's not there. updating and rebooting and I still can't get rid of it

Shut down BI, in the Windows Registry, navigate to the Perspective Software folder.
Find cam you want, delete.

funny thing I tried to find that camera to no avail but running ccleaner eliminated it
