unable to flash firmware (to reset password)

Hi Guys,
I bought a hikvision DS-7608NI-I2/8P but didn't inherit the password.
I thought I could flash the firmware with existing and start afresh, but I am getting an which others have posted about and I can't seem to find a solution either:

Error:

Open File[C:\tftp\econt_Vision-Av2000] failure.

Can anyone help me with a password reset ?
Or flash firmware?

You need to set the PC IP address to 192.0.0.128 for the tftp updater.
If that doesn't work try 192.168.1.128

Do you have any Hikvision cameras with firmware 5.4.0 or older?
