Yes. Profiles are set either in the global schedule or camera schedule.... In the record tab you are simply setting what you want to happen during each profile... So you simply select the profile for which you want to make changes make those changes and hit okay it will be saved
 
Been awhile, I actually had to go into the "record when" and change from continuous or when triggered" LOL
