UI3 web times out

I'm using Chrome to access UI3 on the latest stable version of BI and it takes seemingly forever to load on a seemingly low resolution (720p on a LAN connection) when trying to load the live view. Still the same results when accessing it through localhost when on the machine with BI installed. Loading JPEGs works fine.

Anyone have any idea what I should be checking? The BI app on my Android works perfecty fine.

And just like that, the problem seems to have fixed itself even though multiple reboots didn't fix it. Weird.

Some antivirus software tries to scan your network connections, and that can interfere with Blue Iris's H.264 streaming through the web server.
