Two way talk on the 4k-x?

Curious if anyone has gotten two way talk working with this camera. Trying to get BI to play an audio file to the camera speaker when BI is alerted but I can't get it going. Talking with Ken back and forth and he seems to think two way talk isn't supported on this camera. However on Andy's page for this camera, it shows the camera supports ONVIF Profile T with two way talk.

Any thoughts?

Here are my settings that work for both two-way talk and to send an audio file to the camera speaker:
