Ok, yeah - Tonton - not a great many options. My customer has an 8 channel first gen wireless TonTon system at his business. The TonTon support is non-existent without a receipt, blood test and political affiliation requirement. One of the 8 cameras is damaged due to water intrusion. Customer purchased another Tonton wireless camera but it will not let me add this camera in the Video Mgmt screen and the NVR will not acquire it. I asked TonTon for a camera that may work but no response. Because this is a first gen TonTon system even eBay is not promising on finding these black Tonton wireless cameras. eBay only shows for sale the camera the owner purchased and that camera refuses to be migrated into the TonTon NVR. I don't know what protocol these cameras use and tried to research the firmware on the NVR but Tontons support site is difficult to migrate. So I am trying to find a compatable camera. I can get an ip address on the newer Tonton but the NVR will not connect to it. Customer may just have to get their wallet out and get a newer system. Any ideas appreciated - thank you

So if anyone is reading I figured out the issue and was able to pair a 2nd gen TonTon camera to a 1st gen Tonton nvr. Yes, use the interface - and use the network cable and reset button on the 2nd gen camera. The GUI is a bit difficult to understand until you figure out the search function and manual function to pair a camera. Plus resolution is very important. One I adjusted the resolution I was able to get the video signal. Prior to that the camera would appeaar in the search GUI and would appear to pair the camera but no video signal.
