Trouble with Groups

Yesterday I noticed “groups” not working in UI3. It’s also not working in the iPhone app. I tried creating a new group in BI. The new group does not save. Any help or suggestions about this?

I am on BI 5.9.9.71 but have been on this upgrade over a week without issue.
 
Just tested on Version 5.9.9.73 and created a new group and it is working fine and showed in UI3 immediately, how are you adding/creating the new group name? Are you using the "Camera Setting", "General" tab to add the new group name to an existing camera? I am pretty sure that Groups will not show up unless there is at least one camera assigned to the group!
