Trigger with smaller objects

I am having trouble with triggers and smaller object. People at about 60' away are not firing the trigger. I have the min object size set to More sensitive (100). This is as far as it goes.Min Contrast at 14.Object travels 90. Use zones and hots pots are off. Normal or Gaussian algorithm makes no difference. min duration = .5 sec. Larger objects like cars and trucks work fine.
Am I missing something?
Release is 4.3.9.5 x64

That is simply way too far away to trigger. There are not enough pixels to compare. You will need to set it to 24/7.
