Trigger now only works in settings

Hi all,

I have a static camera to control a ptz camera, I have set up the triggers and alerts and tested in the alerts section and all works.
But if I try it from the desktop camera by right click/trigger now, or the icon at the top, nothing happens.
It used to work fine from them.

It still works correctly and the ptz does as it should, just wondered why it stopped working.

Any ideas

Did you update Windows, the camera firmware, or Blue Iris recently?

I would retry the find/inspect option in Blue Iris for the camera and then restart the computer.

We have seen a lot of issues here that people are having and a good ole reboot of the computer fixes it!
