Trigger event on camera B from camera A

Is there a way to send a command to Camera B (Empiretech Z12E) directly from another camera A (Empiretech Color4M)? I can do a Send Command Linkage and put the URL of camera B, but I have not found a way to trigger an event. I have read back and forth the HTTP API document v3.26, and even parsed it with chatgpt and so far have not found a solution. The old netalarm.cgi command seems to be deprecated. The only thing I can achieve is to trigger AlarmOut, but this is not seen as an event on Synology Surveillance Station.

The reason why I need this is that I use IVS tripwire on camera A to mark the timeline of camera B, but I don't want these events to give me push notifications, I don't care about cars that pass, and currently Synology can use the camera A signal to mark the camera B timeline but it cannot ignore the tripwire and notify me about IVS intrusion detection, which I use to get notifications when people actually approach the house. Might be complicated but the first part of the post describes simply what I need.
