The Government giving me $300 Canadian dollars for a security cam - help!

I am wanting to take advantage of our governments offer.
I was thinking I could get 2 medium grade ipcams 3 to 5 times zoom, ptz, etc...around $150/ea
Or I could go for spending the wad on one 10 x zoom (really don't need that much zoom as I'm surround by tall oak trees here)
My property in town is 130 frontage by 110 deep and as I mentioned covered in 85' tall oak trees
I can see from front to back on one side of the house which would be a great location for camera capable of that long of a shot

I guess what I'm hoping for is one of the new models that has human detection that actually works properly
I have a blueiris local server with a few other cams on board.
I just need a great all around cam that is dependable It gets around 30-40 degrees Celcius around these parts in Dec thru Mar

Any recommendations for brand
