I've been trying to do my research and figure everything out on my own, but I finally hit a wall. Thanks in advance for helping me out!
I'm using a Synology RT2600 on which I've installed the VPN Plus package and set up the SSL VPN. I can now access my IP cameras' web portals directly through the VPN, so I know it's at least partially working.
My issue is I can't access my BI webserver (typing the local LAN IP
ort in to my browser) or network shares (\\BIPC\Shared) on the BI PC over the VPN. I don't know if I'm missing any router settings, or if it's something on the BI PC itself. Come to think of it, I think windows firewall is still even enabled on the BI PC, which now sounds like an obvious issue.
I'm sure its something obvious that I'm missing, do I somehow need to open up the BI webserver port to my local LAN? And why don't the shared network folders work either?
