Suddenly can't view video using HIK Connect on browser (any computer, any browser)

This started happening maybe 2 weeks ago. By any browser, I mean Chrome and Edge. No video shows, not in Live View not in Playback. I normally sue Chrome. I tried access in Edge and it's the same. The video area is just blank.

Not sure if this has anything to do with it: I don't know if this was there before, but to the left of the address bar it says "not secure". In case, I went into the site's permissions and set everything to "Allow". No change.
 
Try Internet Explorer, yeah we know but still available.


How to enable native Internet Explorer in Windows 10 and 11:
  • Open Notepad:
    • Copy then paste the single line of code below into Notepad:
    • CreateObject("InternetExplorer.Application").Visible=true
    • Save as OpenIE.vbs
  • Make sure the the file name ends in .vbs not .txt, If it ends in .txt you must rename to .vbs
  • Create a shortcut to the above file and double-click it anytime you want native Internet Explorer.

WTH, man. it works! And it seems faster than Chrome. Now can I do anything to auto-enter the username and password? Thanks!
