Subscription event 00002efd on Vikylin camera.

I got my BI test unit up and running but I am having a problem with one camera getting ONVIF alerts. I have tried the usual with authentication off in BI and camera but I must be missing something. Here are a few shots of BI.
The funny thing is the best triggers so far is from my dam reolink camera.

I once asked Ken about this error and his only reply was that it looked like a "timeout issue".

ChatGPT suggested that 'Subscriptions event 00002efd' might be the following WinINet error:

00002efd = 0x2EFD = 12029 = ERROR_INTERNET_CANNOT_CONNECT

and that this might suggest that BI couldn’t establish acconnection to the ONVIF endpoint (port wrong, camera not listening, firewall, transient network failure, etc.)

I'd first check the ONVIF port. I had this issue once.
