So I was getting a bunch of clips showing up in the smart play tab and since fiddling around with IVS settings they no longer show. Is there a setting that enables or disables this?
 
Ok so I just made a new rule and smart play is working for that rule only ( I have 3 others set up). The only difference was instead of setting up the rule through the camera and than restarting the NVR, I did it right through the NVR. Wonder if that was a coincidence.
