I would like to offer a service contract for a IP camera system I recently installed and I am thinking of adding service agreements to my operations. I am seeking suggestions or advice from anyone that uses these in their business practices.
As of now, I can only think for service in the following areas: Preventative maintenance, system upgrades, troubleshooting, and repair.
My questions:

- What is a good pricing structure for this type of contract?
- What are the expectations for myself and the client (Scope of work, items covered and not covered, warranties, etc...)?
- What is the best way to offer/present this contract to a client?
- What some general advice for offering service contracts in business practice?
