Welcome to the forum... I dont believe there is any sdk or api...blue iris can send a raw h.264 stream try this stream http://192.168.1.7:8551/h264/cam2/temp.h264
Replace the ip address and port....and replace cam2 with your cameras short name..im sure you can send jpeg streams as well...member @bp2008 should be able to give your that info... check out his work here http://www.ipcamtalk.com/showthread.php?93-I-made-a-better-remote-live-view-page
