SD49225XA-HNR Getting very frustrated with IR

So I have an issue with whenever this camera goes to night profile. Not sure if it is Blue Iris but every night, the IR is off and won't come on unless I log into the camera. Don't have to change any settings, just log in and the IRs come on. I've tried rebooting. This is a new issue. I have 2 of these and the other doesn't do this. Going to try deleting the camera in BI and re-add to see what happens.

If that doesn't work, then try a factory reset of the camera, which I know for a PTZ is a pain to have to reset.

Mine works as expected still in BI, so either corrupt BI camera profile or corrupt camera firmware.

I guess it is resolved. I had it on Manual for years without issue but for some reason it doesn't like Manual anymore. The IRs are only working on the ZoomPrio mode. Guess its ok. Now my other challenge is a white van parked under a street light is Fing up my ppl tracking. Got to figure out if there is a way to mask out the white van area. Thanks for the reply

Yeah you should be able to mask thst area and then it should skip over it.
