Hello everyone!
I have three old cameras that are exactly like DS-2DF1-6xx by HIKVISION but without any stickers (may be OEM, picture below) and NVR HIWATCH DS-H216.
When I try to connect them as IP cameras HIWATCH detects all of three cameras but marks them with a warning icon with the message "camera exception". SADP (I try different versions) can't find this cameras at all.
However the web interface all of three cameras works perfectly in Microsoft Edge, iVMS connects to them correctly and I can change the settings of these cameras, and even HIKVISION SDK "Client Demo" works very well and I can get an image and control it (but I can't change any settings, but that's another story). In all cases, I connected the cameras and recorder via a different routers, but I get the same issue. I can certainly connect them using a coaxial cable, but it is critical for me to use a LAN cable.
How can I connect these cameras to the recorder as NVR? Are there any camera settings that can be changed and will allow them to be detected? What is the reason for this exception?
Thank you!
