Request: CN Firmware (3.0.x / 3.1.0) for DS-7616N-E2/8P to fix boot loop

Hello everyone,


I have a Hikvision NVR DS-7616N-E2/8P (China version) that is currently stuck in a boot loop.
I’ve already tried flashing with the newer firmware (e.g., V3.4.106, Multilanguage builds), but the unit keeps rebooting endlessly.


From what I’ve read here and in other discussions, the original Chinese firmware (CN) in the older versions, especially V3.0.x or V3.1.0, is required to recover this model properly.


Unfortunately, I cannot find these CN firmware files on the Hikvision portal or other sources.
If anyone still has a copy of these older firmware files (e.g., digicap.dav for DS-76xxN-E2/8P), I would greatly appreciate if you could share or point me in the right direction.

It will be rebooting with a message in the serial console about a 'language mismatch'.
Check your direct messages for a solution.
