I have to replace a Hik NVR, but the people on this site just told me that they changed their network provider a few days ago; changed the switch, IP, everything. I have the new DVR up and running with all the cameras connected, but I'm not getting any image. They don't have any info about the IP for the cameras that were already set up, and when I search for them using IVMs or Batch Config I don't see anything but the new NVR. What can I do to see the cameras on this new NVR?
P.S.- They don't have any IT support on this site, they always hire external (and apparently different) providers when they have issues, so, it's going to be quite hard to get information about the old configuration.
