Replacement Camera Recommendation

This is an old Samsung SND-L6013R on my front porch that I would like to replace. This camera was given to me, and I installed it in 2016, not thinking it would last long, since it's only rated for indoor use. It is only a 2MP camera, 1080@30fps, 1/2.9 CMOS, and a 3.6 mm fixed lens. It does however have a built-in microphone, which we really like. I would like to replace it with something that will have a higher image quality, a narrower field of view, and a built-in microphone. I'm looking for a replacement recommendation for this camera that would meet all of these requirements.

That looks to be 3.6mm I wouldnt go too much more or you'll lose the doorstep due to zoom

Even in doorways? My neighbor is looking for cameras for his front door and driveway.

are you using a NVR or PC based VMS system ?

or is this a standalone setup ?
