Reolink E1 pro was working and now it isnt

I had this camera in BI for quite a while and all of a sudden it stopped working. I reset the camera and went into the app and turned on the RTSP and ONVIF ports. All looks good in the Reolink app. Deleted the old camera in BI and added new. I selected Reolink for the protocol, H.264 RTSP for the model, configured the ip address, and hit find/inspect. It goes down the list and it says No automatic configuration made. Done. When I ok out the camera just says no signal. Any ideas what I'm doing wrong? Am I wrong to assume that if I can view the video in the Reolink app that i should be able to see it in BI?
BTW, I recently applied the latest BI update and am not sure I noticed if the camera was working or not after the update or not

I suspect the BI update may be the cause.

I had a camera once that was lost in a BI update. I rolled back and exported out the camera configuration and then updated BI again and imported the camera and it worked.

Did you assign a unique, static IP to the camera that's in the same subnet as the BI server?

I selected Reolink for the protocol, H.264 RTSP for the model, configured the ip address, and hit find/inspect.
Did you also re-assign username and password to the reset camera and enter that in BI?
