I posted on here before- I'm stuck with some crappy Reolink IP cameras. I will start replacing them with some Empiretech cameras over the next year.
In the meantime I've setup Blueiris to Record 'Continuous sub + Triggered'. I've also setup trigger on ONVIF events in BI 5.9 and also on the cameras.
It seems to be working okish. Will the ONVIF events trigger as soon as there's movement sensed by the cameras Main Stream? The Sub Stream on BlueIris is often several seconds behind Main Stream (if you double click on single camera to go full screen you can see the time jump forward as changes to Main Stream).
Will that mean a ONVIF event recording will jump forward on the camera overlay time, and then back again once it revert to Sub Stream.
Is there any way to see what the ONVIF event was that trigger a recording change to the Main Stream? I'd like to do a walk test over the weekend.
I'm assuming the Empiretech cameras do not suffer from Sub Stream/ Main Stream delays?
