Reflection at night on HFW2831T-ZS

Hi folks, a new-ish member here...have been lurking & researching for a while. Recently installed a HFW2831T-ZS and it shows a reflection(?) at night only, when zoomed out. This goes away when zoomed in closer. Any ideas on how to prevent this from happening?

IR reflecting off, license plate, something near the cam, such as the soffit above, the post lights at the end of the drive, or the car in general.

Right, and it may only take a fraction of tilt down to solve it.

Thank you both. I will do some tests tonight and hope to pin-point the cause. Your suggestions give me hope because I thought the camera might’ve been defective. I will follow up and let you know.
