Reducing illumination brightness.

I have a CamHi IP Camera mounted in a bird box and it works a treat, BUT, at nighttime or when the bird temporarily blocks the entrance hole the IR kicker in and it's just too bright, completely washes out the video feed.
Is there any way to reduce this light intensity??

Also, with the hour change the time is out - how can this be altered please?

Does the camera have an embedded webGUI or do you use an app to configure?

How much is the time "out" ....exactly?
