Recording stop once in a while

No sure how to address this, but every once in a while, my recording stops. I can access the UI and server, but nothing is retained, not even alerts.

The error I'm seeing


reboot always resolve this.
1. How can I get notification when there is issue with recording ?
2. what can cause that ? I don't believe its diskspace

Those errors Clip file Exists are not normal, sorry I don't have any suggestions, I have never seen this error before! Do you have the exclusions in place for your AV software, I am guessing something is interfering with the disk writes!

Have you done a DB repair?
Perhaps post a screen capture of your storage settings for "New"
