Recommend POE camera that mounts to pole

I have my weather station mounted on a steel pole and want to attach a POE camera to the same pole. I have mounted a POE camera to a wooden board and attached that board with 2 u-bolts to the steel pole. It does not take long for the wood to get all beat up by the sun, wind and rain. I don't have any capability to cut a custom steel plate.

So looking for a camera that comes ready to mount on a steel pole.

OK, I'll bite. Who sells a pole mount bracket for an IP Camera? Is this specific to a camera brand?

Properly Paint the wood with white HOUSE paint prior to mounting.
