recommend a microphone for line input on a camera

i have a hikvision camera that has line input DS-2CD2387G2-LSU/SL and want to attach an external microphone, a half decent one, to pick up speech , anyone recommend one?

Ive tried alot of cheap lil powered microphones, they all work pretty good and I've been happy with them.. that is until I got one of these: MicroSeveM7WP-MIC
