You will need to contact Dahua technical support in your country.
The process will be copying the licensing files from the program directory, taking a checksum hash of these (MD5), removing the files and sending Dahua technical support this hash key.
On the back end system they will re-issue the licence key for your server unit.
Did you do the sequential updates to get it to V8? There is a path of updates needed to do such an update. If it did not work, you might need to fully factory default it in Recovery Mode. That might work but you should push Dahua for support
