I have an event scheduled on each camera to save a JPEG every day at sunset. I've been using this event for years and then I noticed yesterday that none of the cameras successfully stored the event in the destination. I scheduled another event to test this morning, and it didn't work. I even tried a completely different destination and that made no difference.
BI support tested on their end and couldn't recreate the issue. I haven't changed anything in the BI console settings etc. What's odd is that if I right-click on a camera, both a manual Snapshot and a Queue JPEG post now work as expected and stores the file at the assigned destination.
Any thoughts? Thanks!
