quality of inexpensive NVR and functions

Does anybody have any experience with: Amazon.com : Dahua 4 Channel Smart 1U NVR 4 Port PoE Up to 5MP 80 Mpbs HDMI VGA Simultaneous 1 SATA ONVIF 2.4 : Camera & Photo

why is it so cheap. does it have any of the functions a nicer Dahua has? I am hesitant to buy if it does not support many features.

thats not that cheap, you can get a 16ch Pro NVR imported for ~$250 that has 320Mbps, supports 12MP Cameras and two hdd's.

thats a pretty weak video recorder.
