Does anyone here have experience using the PTZ functionality on the Q3819?
I've installed the latest firmware and when I try to use PTZ functionality, I'm told to use the legacy menu.
The legacy menu references Remote PTZ under the System submenu. When I try to access that, I'm told that two applications must be loaded into the camera and to contact Customer Support for access to those.
I've initiated a case through their Helpdesk but not yet received a response.
What I don't understand is why this functionality isn't a part of their new interface.
