PTZ6C2M-45X Newer Firmware from newer cam

I have several PTZ6C2M-45X the newest one i got last month is perfect on auto tracking. the others that were purchased last year not so perfect. i checked the firmware and there different and the older cams say there on the latest firmware. Is there a way to manually get the update?
