So you are thinking that the profile on the trigger tab will apply to the PTZ motion/mask override? I didn't think that would apply since I am overriding the motion settings.
In my testing preset override masks are not profile dependent, and cannot be made so.
Furthermore, I’ve found them frustratingly tricky to use.
1. They are not ‘sticky’... If enabled, they go into effect immediately upon moving into the preset (see screenshot #1). But after a short time, they are replaced by the default map (see screenshot #2).
2. Whether the preset override map is actually used depends on:
a) which video stream is currently in use for triggering, AND
b) the use and state of the 'High definition' setting (see screenshot #2)
Again, this is my experience. YMMV.
